Refund & Return Policy

At Tara Sell Appliances (“Tara Sell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Items must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
• Certain items, such as perishable goods, digital products, and hygiene-related electronics (e.g., earbuds, personal care items), may not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

2. Return Process

2. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on returning the item.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return approval or rejection.

3. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product received.
• If the original payment method is unavailable (e.g., expired card), we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same product.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Perishable or digital products.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
